shapes and sizes and what not

Man do people come in shapes and sizes or what? I really didn't realize this to the fullest until I was made a lead at my work. Now I deal with this everyday. How to make each person do the best at their job! It's hard to be thinking of new ways to teach someone something or how do I get them to understand what I am teaching. I'm always having to tell myself... they all learn in different ways so I have to teach it to them in different way! What a challenge this new position has been for me! I hope I can stay sane while doing it. I hope that I may some impact upon my people and do well at my job!
